Tech Pack Review
We review all technical details, stitches, BOM, labels & trims.

We verify all fabric, thread, care labels, UPC stickers & notions.
Cutting & Bundling
Precision cutting with skilled cutters for consistency.
Sewing Production
Assigned to specialized operators based on style complexity.
Quality Control
Inspection at 3 stages: in-line, mid-line & final QC.
Packing & Delivery
We pack per your standards with barcodes, polybags & PO requirements.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
To avoid delays, clients must submit the following:
- Complete tech pack
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Graded patterns or digital files
- Fabric & trims delivered before production start
- Thread chart or color matches
- Care labels & UPC stickers
- Size breakdown and PO quantities
- Ship-to information
HOW TO SUBMIT A PURCHASE ORDER (PO)

- PO number
- Style number
- Color
- Size run
- Total quantity
- Delivery date
- Special instructions (hangtags, placements, packing, barcodes, etc.)
We will confirm receipt and issue a production ETA within 24–48 hours as long as fabric + trims are received.

Pricing is based on:
- Style complexity
- Stitch types
- Number of operations
- Fabric type
- Quantity
- Turnaround time
- Special construction requests
We provide a custom quote per style once tech pack and sample are reviewed.

Lead times vary depending on complexity:

Lead times begin only after all materials are received.
